A message from Rick:
I want to thank you for visiting our online
campaign headquarters for my candidacy to California’s 80th Assembly
District!
I was born and raised in a rural farming community
located in the heart of the Imperial Valley and attended Brawley’s local
public schools and was active in student government and athletics,
participating in football, baseball, and wrestling in high school.
I earned a Bachelors degree from San Diego State
University where I studied Political Science and from there moved to
pursue a career in the nation’s capital, Washington, DC. where I worked
in the White House and in the United States House of Representatives.
Coming back to the Valley---The Coachella and Imperial
Valleys need a home-grown representative who can get the job done. I
have gained a great deal of experience getting results in both the
public and private sector and I'd like to put that knowledge and history
to work for all of us here in the 80th Assembly District.
That's why I've decided to run for the State Assembly. I'd like to earn
your trust and your support to represent you at our State Capitol!
